Hi, I'm Loren Billingsley, founder and owner of Humble Hive Cleaning Solutions LLC.

Humble Hive was built on a simple belief: a clean home is about so much more than cleaning.

As a mom, a business owner, and someone who understands just how quickly life can become overwhelming, I know there are seasons when there simply aren't enough hours in the day. Between work, school, practices, appointments, dinner, family, and everything else life throws our way, keeping up with the house can easily become one more thing on an already-full plate.

I started Humble Hive because I understand the importance of having a clean, safe, and manageable environment—and the role our surroundings can play in our mental and emotional well-being. When our homes become overwhelming, it can affect how we feel, how we function, and even how we spend our time with the people we love.

Sometimes, support looks like helping someone reclaim a space that has become too much to tackle alone. Sometimes, it's preparing a home for its next chapter. And sometimes, it's simply taking cleaning off a busy family's plate so they can get a few precious hours of their week back.

With more than 15 years of experience in customer service, leadership, and operations, I've built Humble Hive around the values that matter most to me: kindness, communication, reliability, respect, and judgment-free care.

Today, Humble Hive serves families, homeowners, property managers, realtors, and community partners throughout Southeast Indiana, Southwest Ohio, and Northern Kentucky. From overwhelmed homes and ongoing residential support to organization, rental turnovers, and market-ready properties, every project is approached with the same level of care and attention—because the size or condition of a space should never determine the dignity and respect given to the people who call it home.

But along the way, I also realized something important: sometimes cleaning is only one piece of a much bigger picture.

That realization led to the creation of The Hive Network, an extension of Humble Hive focused on connecting individuals and families with local organizations, services, and community resources when their needs reach beyond what I can personally provide. I may not always have the solution, but I believe there is tremendous value in helping someone find the person or organization that might.

For me, Humble Hive has never been about simply walking into a home, cleaning it, and walking back out.

It's about helping create spaces that feel safer and more manageable. It's about meeting people where they are without judgment. It's about strengthening connections within our community. And it's about giving families back something none of us ever seem to have enough of—time for the people and things that matter most.

That's the heart behind Humble Hive, and it's the reason I continue to build this business around something bigger than cleaning.
