Support Service Program
Cleaning support for real life, real hardship, and real people.
The Humble Hive Support Service Program was created to help individuals and families in our community who are experiencing hardship and may need cleaning support but cannot easily access or afford traditional services.
Hardship can look different for everyone. It may include mental health challenges, physical limitations, disability, caregiving responsibilities, fixed income, single parenting, life transitions, grief, burnout, or simply a season where home care has become overwhelming.
Our goal is to provide compassionate, judgement-free support that helps restore safety, dignity, comfort, and balance within the home.
Who Does This Program Support?
This program may support individuals who are experiencing the following:

How Does This Program Work?
The Support Service Program uses a simple tiered model to help determine what level assistance may be available to each individual.
Clients complete a short qualification form during a consultation. From there, we review the level of need, home condition, requested service, and available funding or program capacity.
Support may include:

Reduced/ Subsidized- rate cleaning

Initial/ Ongoing cleaning support

Referral-based support

Customized initial reset* payment plans

Additional time for organization/ decluttering
*Payment plans available ONLY for initial reset cleaning support
Support-Based Pricing
Support-based pricing is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed. Availability depends on need, scheduling, service type, and current program capacity.
This program is designed to make support more accessible while still allowing Humble Hive to operate sustainably and continue serving the community long-term.
